Spring Carnival 2025

The Council takes a proactive approach to ensure safety and minimise issues during the annual Spring Carnival Festival.

Key personnel from the Council, PSNI and Youth Services meet beforehand to develop strategies to prevent antisocial behaviour, nuisance, injuries and excessive alcohol consumption throughout the festival.
