St Patrick's Day Spring Carnival - Monday, the 17th of March, 2025

Accessible Parking

The Victoria Market Carpark will now be a dedicated Accessible Carpark with limited spaces (allocated on a first-come, first-served basis).

Important Notice: 

Strand Road Car Park and Bishop Street Carpark will be closed on the 17th of March to facilitate the Spring Carnival Parade. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Quiet Space

A quiet space is available at:

The Guildhall, Guildhall Street, BT48 6DQ

Times: 1pm - 6pm

Accessible Viewing Area An accessible viewing area will be located at the Layby on Whittaker Street (across from the Guildhall). Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. This is available only betwen 1:30pm - 4:30pm.

Accessible Toilets are available at:

  • The Tower Museum, Union Hall Place, BT486LU

Changing Places

Changing Places facilities are fully accessible toilets with hoist system and showers, designed to provide sufficient space and equipment for people who find it difficult to use the toilet independently.
