Playlist For Life x 1 workshop:

Tuesday 15th March @ 6:00pm- 7:00pm

Join our free workshop, facilitated by the charity Playlist for Life, to learn about the benefits of personal music and to start building the soundtrack to your life. The ‘soundtrack of your life’ is simply a personal collection of songs that gives you that ‘flashback feeling’ whenever you hear them. It might include a lullaby from childhood, a wedding song, a football chants, a church hymn or even a TV theme – the type of music doesn’t matter, as long as it means something to you!
Before attending the session, we ask that you think of a song that reminds you of a happy time or occasion in your life. Although not compulsory, participants will have the opportunity to share these with the group.

Arts & Craft Workshop x 1 workshop:

Sunday 27th March @ 2:00pm-4:00pm

Felt soap, A relaxing but effected technique, felt soap is a practical and a very appropriate useable product for covid 19 prevention, the soap is felted using colourful merino wool that when used to wash hands or in the shower or bath the suds come through and the wool continues to shrink, it helps to gently exfoliate the skin. A wonderful easy project that’s a great start to learn and get a feel for the wet felting craft, make a worthwhile product, and is a great starting point to spark interest to learn the felting process. This craft can be done easily at home on a kitchen table or even on a tray on your knee. I plan to deliver a fun filled informative online craft session, that engages the participants and inspires them to get creative and explore other possibilities using this technique.

Craft kits including all materials needed to produce two felt soaps, one on the day and one at their leisure will be provided to participants in advance of workshop.
