St Patrick’s Day Spring Carnival Parade 'Out of the Darkness Into the Light'.

Sunday 17th March | Departs Bishop St, 3pm

Famed for their fantastical and flamboyant carnival parades, the NWCI has stepped ‘Out of the Darkness, Into the Light’ for this year’s Spring Carnival Parade.

Formed from nine blossoms

Nine buds of plant and tree

A goddess of spring and dawn

Heralding growth and renewal

And the darkness all but gone

Come and celebrate the artistry of our local communities on St Patrick’s Day full of fun and vibrancy

Bishop St Car Park ~ The Diamond ~ Shipquay Street ~ Whitaker Street ~ Foyle Embankment ~ Harbour Square Roundabout ~Strand Road~ ends at Strand Road Car Park.
