Carrick Foods makes pre-mixes for bread and scones, including Legenderry Scone Mix, Stout and Date Wheaten Mix, Maura's Farmhouse Wheaten Mix, and Brown bread soda mix. Their signature product is the Stout City Loaf, a moist wheaten bread made with buttermilk and dates and inspired by the traditional bread from John Crowe's family farm
