Corner Shop Prophets
Corner Shop Prophets is a ragtag bunch of professional musicians who needed the excuse to play a few songs that aren't requested during the usual Saturday night sessions. Influences are pulled from every direction - from traditional country to Americana and punk rock. You never know what you're getting but you'll always like it!
Dander
Dander is a 6 piece folk-adjacent indie band based in Derry and fronted by Kevin Brown and Jenny Hughes. Their style ranges from dreamy guitar pop to intimate, acoustic folk/country; drawing influence from artists such as Bright Eyes, Sufjan Stevens, Fionn Regan and Nick Drake, but with an ever-present Irish influence and a focus on vocal harmonies and lyricism.
Dander have performed at festivals including The Output Festival in Belfast, the Gasyard Wall Féile, the Belfast Maritime Festival and Tall Ships Festival, the Atlantic Sessions in Portrush, and have a debut album in the works for early 2025.
Eve Belle
Eve Belle is a bilingual singer-songwriter from Donegal, now based in Belfast. She writes and performs in Irish and English, with lyrics exploring romantic and platonic love, mental illness, and gender. Across her career, she has supported acts including Hozier, Frightened Rabbit and Mick Flannery. Eve's sophomore independent EP, 'Sad City, Baby!' chronicles her journey through musical independence, love and loss, in a tongue-in-cheek, Americana-infused haze.
PILOSA
PILOSA is a Psychedelic rock project with an overarching narrative which has been in the works for four years. Every album and single is an extension of this narrative, set in a land of over-evolved sloths and anteaters, the Pilosa queendom is subject to great power struggles and philosophical debate. This narrative is delivered on stage and in the studio by the Derry-based bands 4 members, James Tomlinson, co-singer and rhythm guitarist, Rosa Walsh co-singer and bassist, Ryan Holmes on drums and Jack Quigg on lead guitar. Now working on their sophomore album, the band share their compositional talents to deliver otherworldly sonic textures and a complete reimagining of the fundamental properties of modern life through the lenses of quirky characters and dramatic surrealist depictions of monopoly capitalism.
Scol
Scol exist between the veils of their influences, and have been accused of sounding like:
"A spinning wheel of time; of sounds old and new."
Scol have been self described as "A Holy infant, so tender and mild."
