Foyle Race

Foyle Paddlers Canoe Club will host their annual Foyle Race to coincide with the Foyle Maritime Festival. The event will involve participants from all over the island racing in various canoe craft over set distances on the Foyle. There will be 3 race lengths run simultaneously.
Race 1 Prehen Boathouse to Craigavon Bridge and return
Race 2 Prehen Boathouse to Peace Bridge and return
Race 3 Prehen Boathouse to Foyle Bridge and return
It will be highly visual as competitors wear numbered yellow high visibility race vests, with race marshals wearing orange high visibility vests.
