For almost 40 years, Ed Hall has been a pioneering force in the world of banner making and a passionate trade unionist. His collaborations with artist Jeremy Deller have made waves in the art world, with iconic projects like Folk Archive(2005) and Procession (2009) earning international acclaim.

Now, Ed is bringing his expertise to The Playhouse for an exclusive, free workshop – and it's his FIRST EVER visit to Northern Ireland! This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from a true icon of the trade and arts world.
Ed will also be collaborating on the upcoming 'The Triumph of Music' event in Derry in Spring 2025 – and you can get a sneak peek into his creative process during this exciting workshop.
