Mackenzie Fly Fishing was established by AAPGAI qualified casting instructor and 3 times world Spey casting champion, Scott Mackenzie. Scott also has 22 years experience as a ghillie on some of the best salmon rivers in Scotland. Using this vast knowledge, Scott created the Mackenzie DTX (Designed Through Experience) products. He has created some of the best, high quality, award winning fly fishing rods and lines available in the world today. They are one of the fastest growing fishing tackle companies on the market, and are considered by many as a world leader in new tackle design and development. When he is not designing the newest high performance rods he will be teaching others and demonstrating his skills at events and shows around the world.
